Customer Success Consultant

Motivity is seeking a part-time contractor to join our growing Customer Success Consultant (CSC) team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis and is an engaging, dynamic trainer with strong verbal and written communication skills!

Motivity is seeking a part-time contractor to join our growing Customer Success Consultant (CSC) team. The ideal candidate is fluent in Applied Behavior Analysis and is an engaging, dynamic trainer with strong verbal and written communication skills! It is also preferable (but not required) that a candidate has experience using Motivity in the field.

Funded by over $11M in grants from the National Institutes of Health, Motivity is an evidence-based software-as-a-service developed for practitioners who work with children with autism. Our groundbreaking technology takes ABA and Developmental Therapy data collection to the next level, allowing clinics, schools, and home-based services to leverage the power of data to improve the lives of their clients.

The CSC role is an independent contractor, work-from-home, part-time position reporting to the Director of Clinical Success. Depending on contractor and company performance, this role has the possibility of moving to a salary position with full benefits.

Responsibilities

Customer Success

  • Onboarding and training new customers on how to implement Motivity
  • Creating materials for customers based on their programming preferences
  • Maintaining regular contact and relationships with seasoned customers
  • Surveying customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis 
  • Communicating feature requests to the product team

Technical Support

  • Responding to customer issues on Zendesk
  • Troubleshooting basic technical issues
  • Relaying feature and issue updates to relevant customers

Training

  • Writing help articles for the Motivity knowledge base
  • Updating onboarding processes as Motivity grows

Miscellaneous

  • Weekly all-hands meeting
  • Representing Motivity at conferences
  • Writing blogs about clinical topics for marketing
  • Creating social media posts for marketing

Qualifications

  • You have experience using Motivity as a data collection system (preferred, not required)
  • You enjoy cultivating relationships with customers, organizations, and leaders
  • You’ve thrived in a startup or similar environment where the only constant is change
  • You have solid knowledge of ABA or a related field (BCBA, BCaBA, RBT, or SLP preferred), and feel comfortable answering clinical questions related to Electronic Data Collection
  • You’re a dynamic presenter with classroom management skills who can field questions from customers but also keep them on topic as needed
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and can “think on your feet” to provide a solution when presented with an issue in a customer meeting
  • You love talking to people, learning about their needs, and demonstrating a fantastic solution – all while actively listening and staying in the moment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain things clearly and effectively
  • You have a high level of organization, time management, and self-initiative while working independently from a home office
  • You are experienced with using Zendesk. If you do not know Zendesk, you feel comfortable learning the platform to use in your daily work; overall comfort with software and technology is a must

Additional Information

  • 20 hours/week during training period
  • Option to increase to 30 hours/week after demonstrating proficiency
