0.8.11 – 0.9.1 Launched Help Center, Chart Views, Click and Drag to Zoom on Chart, Help icons in Program Builder, Opportunity Success Criteria Basic Mode, Opportunity Score Calculation
Launched Help Center
We have a Help Center now! You can access it on our home page under resources. On the help center, you can access articles in the Knowledge Base, submit a support request, or chat with support staff. You can also do this by emailing support@motivity.net.
Chart Enhancements: Uniform vs Time-Based View
Now you can select the spacing of the chart to be Uniform or Time-based. Uniform spacing evenly spaces each data point on the graph. Time-based spacing allows you to see time gaps in data collection/treatment and also has a date for each data point. The below graphs are the same data displayed in each view.
Uniform Spacing
Time-Based Spacing
Click and drag the graph to zoom in on that area.
You can click on the graph on a data point and drag it to a second desired data point to zoom into that time frame.
Help Articles embedded in Program Builder.
Have you ever been building a program and can’t remember how something works or need to troubleshoot a program that isn’t working the way you want it to? Now there are articles that walk you through the program builder concepts. You can use the help button in the toolbar to toggle the question marks on and off.
Like in other sections of the Program Builder, there is now a Basic Mode for Opportunity Success Criteria. To learn more about Opportunity Success Criteria, read the help article linked here.
Opportunity Score Calculation
You can now designate how the system scores data opportunities (e.g. trial, behavior chain or an instance of behavior). This is especially helpful if you are using multiple measures in a single opportunity (like in PEAK scoring). See more about Opportunity Score Calculation in this article.
