We have a Help Center now! You can access it on our home page under resources. On the help center, you can access articles in the Knowledge Base, submit a support request, or chat with support staff. You can also do this by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Now you can select the spacing of the chart to be Uniform or Time-based. Uniform spacing evenly spaces each data point on the graph. Time-based spacing allows you to see time gaps in data collection/treatment and also has a date for each data point. The below graphs are the same data displayed in each view.
You can click on the graph on a data point and drag it to a second desired data point to zoom into that time frame.

You can now designate how the system scores data opportunities (e.g. trial, behavior chain or an instance of behavior). This is especially helpful if you are using multiple measures in a single opportunity (like in PEAK scoring). See more about Opportunity Score Calculation in this article.
