This presentation will review documentation standards for writing session notes through the lens of insurance based-ABA programming.
The training discusses tips for writing successful narrative notes as well as steps to completing a session note using the Motivity platform. It also gives examples and non-examples of appropriate session notes and the importance of thorough documentation for insurance-funded ABA.
