Aly is a Billing Account Manager.  She works in the RCM department under the Customer Success team. Her job is to perform billing and payment posting duties for clients who use  RCM services and maintain their outstanding claims to ensure proper revenue collection. Aly lives in Jacksonville, Florida, USA with husband, Aaron, and has nine children, Nathan, Alexis, Jocelyn, Lilly, Kaley, Isabella, Aiden, Bryce, and Sophia. In her spare time she makes micro crocheted and polymer clay jewelry for her small business.
