Amanda is a billing consultant who provides support by managing claim submission, payment posting, and follow-up on outstanding accounts to keep billing running smoothly for our customers who pay for that option.  She is helping where needed to reduce backlogs, resolve denials, and ensure timely reimbursement.  Amanda lives in Bonney Lake, Washington, USA with her husband and two kids—a 12-year-old son and a 9-year-old daughter. Their house is always lively (and a little chaotic!) thanks to their Great Pyrenees, Bodhi, and two cats, Oliver and Mya. She has been a book lover for as long as she can remember. Her husband jokes that it’s absurd how many books she reads—and how many she owns—but she fully embraces it! She is part of a neighborhood book club and has been in a Bible study group with her best friends for the past six years, which she absolutely cherishes. As a family, they love being outdoors rain or shine—because let’s be honest, in Washington you don’t really have a choice! Her son plays Select Ball and keeps them constantly on the go, even taking them to Arizona for a tournament recently. He’s on two teams right now, so life is definitely busy. Her daughter dances ballet and jazz and, like both her dad and Amanda, has a creative, artistic spark. They are definitely in that phase of life where everything revolves around their kids—their sports schedules, activities, and social calendars keep the family running—but they truly wouldn’t have it any other way.
