Amanda is a Senior Customer Success Manager.  She manages long term customer relationships post onboarding, ensuring clients maximize value from the product through ongoing support, education, and feature adoption. She also drives expansion and renewal efforts by identifying growth opportunities and aligning solutions to customer needs.  Amanda lives in central Massachusetts, an hour from Boston and 15 min from Rhode Island in the USA with her husband, who is a full time firefighter, their two young kids, and their Goldendoodle, Ollie. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in races, with a half marathon in April and a full marathon + HYROX in May, and loves spending time outdoors with family, whether that’s hiking, heading to the lake or beach, or cheering from the sidelines as a soccer mom. She also enjoys live music whenever she can and is looking forward to seeing Noah Kahan this summer at Fenway Park. She also loves to read fantasy books when she has a spare 15 minutes, and coaches high/long jumpers on the local high school track team.
