Bella is an Implementation Manager at Motivity.  She leads the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of practice management software for new customers, managing the full project lifecycle from initial configuration to long-term adoption. She builds consultative client relationships, delivers tailored training programs, and ensures seamless transitions through proactive risk management and comprehensive project documentation.  Bella lives in Long Beach, California, USA with her partner Ellie, and their four cats who keep life full and entertaining. She is a ceramicist and behavior analyst with a deep passion for amplifying neurodivergent voices and creating spaces where everyone feels seen and understood. Whether she is working with clay or supporting individuals through behavior analysis, She is driven by creativity, connection, and a commitment to teaching others in meaningful and accessible ways.
