Blain is an Implementation Manager and Support Specialist.  He guides customers through the onboarding process and supports active customers through our help desk. He serves as a liaison between our customers and the product/dev team. Blain lives in Napa, California, USA.  He enjoys playing and watching basketball, dystopian sci-fi movies/shows, and a good IPA.
