Cara is the Director of Customer Success.  Her team supports customers after they graduate from implementation - making sure that they continue to get the most out of Motivity in every stage of their journey - and continue to see value in the platform (including new features/products). Her team loves to get to know our customers, their businesses, and their goals. Cara lives with husband Jeremiah and two kids - Jonas (5.5 years) and Audra (2.5 years) in Westborough, Massachusetts, USA. They have an old hound dog, Calypso, 5 hens (yes, they all have names) and new addition - 1 fish. Her kids are too little for Cara to have any spare time, but she always makes time for exercise, reading, The Bachelor, and Grey's Anatomy - and hope to one day go back to Community Theater (singing/dancing/acting) and crafting (cross stitch).
