Christy is the Director of People and Operations at Motivity. She has been with Motivity since August 2016. She is responsible for managing the hiring process, payroll and benefits, and professional development. She also manages security aspects of the organization such as SOC2 and privacy matters. Christy lives in Mechanicsville, Virginia, USA with her husband, Steve, and kids, Leslie, Michael, and Allie. In her spare time, Christy likes to officiate swim meets, sing with her church choir, and knit/crochet.
