Em is a Support Specialist with Motivity.  Her role is to be the frontline partner for users, resolving technical hurdles to ensure seamless daily operations. Her department bridges the gap between complex software and the people using it through direct troubleshooting and proactive education. Em lives in Riverton, Utah, USA with her husband Chase, two kids Xander and Kimber, and sister Ryan. She is a big nerd! Board games, video games, TTRPGs, MTG - if it's nerdy she probably likes it.
