Howard is Motivity’s CFO.  He is contracted on a fractional basis since March of 2025 through his company, Zero to 20. The CFO's job is to maximize shareholder return. To do that we need to have clean books, a good financial model, and use numbers and metrics to help make key business decisions around when to and when not to make investments.  Howard lives in New Hampshire, USA with Brooke, Madi, and Sadie.  They like to ski, bike, surf, and cars.
