James is a Customer Success Manager. His role is responsible for ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes while using Motivity's services. He drives adoption, builds strong relationships, and proactively manages customer health to improve retention and growth. Ultimately, his role is to maximize customer value, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. James lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia, USA. He is married (Jenna) with four children (Sophia, Jonathan, Charles and Penelope). They enjoy spending quality time together as a family, whether that’s being involved in youth sports, exploring new places, or planning trips that create lasting memories. Much of his time is centered around coaching and supporting his kids in baseball, soccer, swimming and horseback riding along with staying active outdoors. They also value relaxing together with family meals, travel, and experiences that bring both fun and connection.
