Jenelle is the Vice President of Customer Success. Her job is to keep and grow our customer base. She oversees the teams that support implementation/ onboarding, customer success, revenue cycle management, customer education (knowledge base), and our help desk.  Jenelle lives in Boston, Massachusetts, USA with her husband Eric, and kids Evelyn (age 5) and James (age 3).  She loves to ski, read, and cook.  She is a huge Harry Potter fan.  Jenelle tries to be outside as much as she can.  She loves almoest any game!
