Joshua is a Clinical AI Lead.  He works in Strategy & Innovation with Rex and Emaley, helping turn clinical AI ideas into quick prototypes and alpha builds using agentic development tools. He also work closely with Product & Engineering to move promising features toward production and support internal AI development and adoption.  Joshua lives in Richmond, Virginia, USA.  He lives with wife Elisa, four kids: Asher (14), Lincoln (12); Fielding (10); DavyRose (7), and two dogs (Poodle/Goldendoodle). Outside of work he’s usually outdoors, working on some kind of LLM or science project, or helping the kids with their own.
