JO-zee
Josie is a Customer Success Intern, helping to scale support operations during the transition from HubSpot to Intercom, specifically working to help implement and test AI-assisted support workflows. She will also serve as a first responder to incoming customer tickets. Josie lives in the Greater Boston Area, in Massachusetts, USA. She is originally from California and just graduated from Tufts University with a degree in biopsychology and entrepreneurship! She loves to go hiking, try new workout classes, cook fun recipes (currently obsessed with making ice cream in the Ninja Creami), and read in the sun. She traveled abroad in Salamanca, Spain her Junior year and now love to travel (although her Spanish is definitely still a work in progress).
