As Director of Revenue Cycle Management, Kayla focuses on optimizing billing operations, improving revenue performance, and ensuring compliance with payer requirements. Her role involves building scalable processes, developing team expertise, and aligning cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support client outcomes and growth.  Kayla lives in Georgia, USA (the “peach” state) with her hubs and Pups (Sam, Tilly, & Jax).  She enjoys the beach/mountains, animals, family walks, and working out.
