Lauren is an Implementation Manager, and as an IM, her role is to guide new customers on their onboarding journey with Motivity by continuing to highlight the value of our system and provide support until they have reached their last milestone in their training. Once their graduation milestone has been completed, she prepares a smooth handoff to Customer Success.  Lauren lives in San Antonio, Texas, USA with her boyfriend, a great dane + lab mix and a border collie. In her spare time she helps coordinate fitness events, empowerment workshops and socials for women in her hometown. Other hobbies include lagree reformer pilates classes, attending music and food festivals, reading outdoors and cheering on the San Antonio Spurs (basketball).
