MAD-uh-lin
Madeline is the Manager of Customer Implementation. She leads Customer Implementation by building scalable systems and processes that drive successful onboarding and long-term customer value. She partner closely with our Implementation Managers to support their work and continuously improve how we deliver a strong customer experience. Madeline lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA with her son (Theo), 2 dogs (Honey Dew and Jiminy), and 2 cats (Hank and Joey). She enjoys running and swimming, and plans to run a 50-mile race this fall!
