Nicole is the Director of Implementation and Support.  She is responsible for optimizing the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing support. Her goals include faster time to value, efficient access to answers, and the continuous improvement of our knowledge base to empower both customers and internal teams.  Nicole lives in Beverly, Massachusetts, USA with her husband, three-year-old son, and energetic Russell Terrier rescue. She loves playing competitive tennis, working on interior decorating projects, and spending as much time as possible at the beach nearby.
