Ryan is a Senior Content Producer, living in Nevada, USA. He has been with Motivity since December 2025. He is the bridge between big-picture strategy and the actual "making" of the content, collaborating across departments to turn abstract goals into videos that actually land. He often handles the whole lifecycle, from mapping out the initial vision to the final edit, ensuring everything we produce is both high-quality and purposeful. Right now, he is focused on leveling up our output with ambitious new initiatives, including a deep dive into our first long-form video series.  When not behind a camera or hanging with family (and dog, Oli—named after his favorite metalcore frontman), you’ll probably find Ryan outside. He is a BCBA and adjunct professor, though these days his reading list leans more toward the intersection of business, tech, and privacy. He’s a big believer in bringing that analytical mindset to his creative work, often fueled with a heavy soundtrack playing in the background.
