Smith is Motivity’s Chief Executive Officer. He has been with Motivity since March 2025. His job is to set direction, remove obstacles for our team, and ultimately be accountable for how this company grows. That means a lot of time on strategy, customers, culture, and our people.  Smith lives in Denver, Colorado, USA with his wife, Laurie and kids, Kade (5), Cole (3), and Parker (almost 1) which takes up most of his time. He loves travel adventures and great food.
