Zubin is the Manager of People and Culture in Motivity India.  She supports our teams and leaders on all things people-related, from hiring and development to engagement and performance. Her goal is to create a positive work environment where individuals and teams can thrive. She acts as a bridge between employees and leadership. Zubin lives in Pune, Maharastra, India with her husband and values spending quality time with him. She enjoys traveling, especially exploring new cities and cultures and is always up for good food and meaningful conversations. She also likes staying engaged in social and community activities.
