The concept of Neurodiversity acknowledges that there is a natural variation in human brains, and that everyone’s neurological makeup contributes to their unique strengths and challenges. This pre-recorded BCBA CEU training will introduce the topic of neurodiversity and explore how to provide neurodiversity affirming Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

Learning Objectives

Participants will learn about the potential benefits of embracing neurodiversity in their practice, as well as the ethical considerations involved in providing inclusive assent based and Neurodiversity affirming services. The training will also cover specific strategies for modifying ABA interventions to better support individuals with diverse neurological profiles.
