Smith Anderson

Chief Executive Officer
Smith brings over 15 years of leadership experience in driving revenue growth and operational excellence for technology companies. Prior to joining Motivity, he served as General Manager & Chief Revenue Officer at Later Media, where he played a key role in scaling the business and expanding its market presence. Throughout his career, Smith has held leadership roles at venture and private equity-backed technology companies, focusing on accelerating growth and optimizing go-to-market strategies. Before stepping into the CEO role, Smith worked closely with Five Elms to support strategic growth initiatives and operational improvements across portfolio companies.

Rex Jakobovits, PhD

Founder & Chief of Strategy and Innovation
Dr. Jakobovits is an experienced business leader who has a long career in clinical software. He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Washington, then built a successful start up, Vivalog Technologies, which he sold to McKesson in 2008. He served as a Vice President at McKesson for 5 years before leaving to launch Motivity Systems. He is widely published in computer science and informatics journals, and has been awarded several patents. He has raised over $13M in seed capital for his startups through NIH Small Business Innovative Research grants. He is a Research Affiliate with the University of Washington Autism Center.

Neelam Chavan

Chief Technology Officer
Neelam is a technology leader with deep expertise in enterprise SaaS, AI-driven engineering, and behavioral healthcare software, bringing together technology vision, organizational scale, and a builder’s instinct. As CTO of Motivity, Neelam oversees an engineering team spanning over four continents. She joined the combined organization following Motivity’s acquisition of Calmanac, the premium practice management platform purpose-built for ABA and behavioral health practices that she built as Co-founder and CTO of HumaneBITS. A champion problem solver, her ability to anticipate technical needs and design scalable solutions has been instrumental in supporting customers with complex, multi-system environments, exactly what the next generation of behavioral healthcare demands.

Madhuri Mandaogade

General Manager
Madhuri is a product visionary and domain expert whose deep roots in ABA, behavioral healthcare, and solutions engineering form the foundation of everything she builds. As General Manager at Motivity, she brings entrepreneurial leadership, deep domain expertise, a reputation for consistently delivering beyond customer expectations, and a vision for the agentic future of behavioral healthcare. Madhuri joined Motivity following its acquisition of Calmanac. As Co-founder and CEO of HumaneBITS, she led the vision behind Calmanac, translating the real-world complexity of ABA practice operations into a platform practitioners could trust and love to use. She believes software built with genuine understanding of the people it serves delivers the greatest value.

Jenelle Kelly

Chief Revenue Officer
Jenelle is a revenue leader who has spent over a decade building and scaling go-to-market organizations at fast-growing technology companies. As Chief Revenue Officer at Motivity, she oversees the full revenue cycle, from new logo acquisition through retention and expansion, leading sales, customer success, implementation, support, and revenue cycle management. Jenelle leads with a customer-first mentality; at Motivity, she has scaled the revenue organization, introduced new support models built around customer needs, and grown the team to serve a diverse and expanding customer base. Through her career, she’s held senior revenue and customer experience leadership roles at Smarter Sorting, Vendr, Rapid7, and Later Media.

Christy Evanko, MBA, BCBA, LBA

Director of People and Operations, Chief Security Officer
Christy Evanko, MBA, BCBA, LBA has over a decade of experience as a behavior analyst. She owned and operated Snowflakes ABA in Virginia where she engaged in private practice with children and adults with autism, developmental and intellectual delays, and Tourette Syndrome as well as providing consulting services. She teaches ethics at Mary Baldwin University and is the treasurer for the B F Skinner foundation.

Emaley McCulloch M.Ed. BCBA

Chief Clinical Officer
Emaley McCulloch co-founded Autism Training Solutions (ATS), an online learning company, in 2010 which has trained tens of thousands of professionals and parents around the globe in evidence-based autism interventions. ATS was acquired by Relias in 2014 and after serving as the VP of Research for 5 years, is currently the Chief Clinical Officer at Motivity Systems. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and holds an MA in Special Education. She has over 20 years’ experience in the field of autism and ABA and has provided and overseen services to hundreds of individuals between the ages of 18 months to 24 years in homes, schools and clinical settings. For eight years she served as a consultant and Clinical Supervisor at agencies based in Hawaii and Japan where she trained groups of professionals and parents.

Brian Curley

Chief Creative Officer
Brian is an ABA industry expert with an extensive background working for and building some of the original software in the ABA market. His lengthy entrepreneurial background, paired with both a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in graphic design, Brian’s strengths come from having a deep understanding of user experience, user workflows, branding, and software and product design.

Raul Nemes

VP of Product
Raul is a 20+ year product management and design veteran with experience in early stage, growth, and well established companies. He has led product teams and brought products to market in education, defense, oil and gas, and equity capital markets however most of his focus has been in healthcare. Raul is passionate about enabling healthcare providers to be the best clinicians they can be by removing technology barriers and creating efficiencies. His long tenure in healthcare spans multiple verticals including dentistry, radiology, chronic digestive disease, and now ABA.
