Openings at Motivity
10-20 hours per week
- Calculate and prepare monthly customer invoices; assist customers as needed with account set-up and questions; provide sales reports to accounting contractor for posting.
- Prepare and file state sales tax and excise tax reports. Research state rules on these liabilities and develop procedures to ensure accuracy in meeting all state requirements.
- Manage cash and credit accounts and associated service-provider relationships.
- Review and monitor health insurance plans, retirement plans and other benefits, coordinating with internal and external administrators and providing updates and recommendations as needed.
- Assist accounting contractor with preparations for the annual financial audit.
- Monitor and review accounting transactions and reports provided by outside accounting contractor, and coordinate as appropriate with any questions or corrections.
- Develop strategies for greater efficiency and accuracy in finance and accounting functions.
- Work with IT employees and contractors to maintain, develop and implement technology systems that provide appropriate financial and operational efficiencies.
- Assist executive management with developing annual organizational budgets and forecasts – monitor and make recommendations for adjustments throughout the year.
- Assist with grant applications, submissions, reports and audits as needed.
- Assist clinical research staff with field test and clinical trial management, including IRB, forms, reporting, and participant tracking.
- Attend and participate in meetings, events and trainings as required.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all proprietary information received.
- Have or develop an understanding of the Motivity philosophy and mission.
40 hours per week
Primary Activities:
- Work with company marketing team to research and build lead lists
- Engage leads over social media and other channels
- Reach out to leads with calls and emails, meeting a weekly quota
- Track all sales activity in CRM
- Create/refine email templates for each stage of the sales pipeline Invite leads to sign up for demos, meeting weekly demo quota Participate in demos; eventually be able to conduct demos independently
- Follow up with leads after demos
- Send proposals to qualified leads
- Engage in contract negotiations Close deals and hand off to implementation team
- Attend conferences and business events
- Provide input into marketing, messaging, pricing, and feature prioritization
- Participate in recruiting, training and onboarding additional sales personnel
- Help develop key partnerships and business relationships
15 - 40 hours per week
As a Customer Support and Implementation Consultant, you are the customer’s advocate within Motivity. Your job will be to make sure that they are getting the best out of Motivity and their problems are being solved in a timely manner.
What we are looking for:
- Strong Clinical understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA or BCaBA preferred) and treatment planning
- Experience with electronic data collections systems.
- Strong technical skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
Some of what you'll do:
- Respond to support requests within 24 hours of receipt.
- Problem solve and test tech support issues and report to the Motivity product team.
- Help customers to roll out Motivity across their organization.
- Schedule and provide training and coaching to support the implementation of Motivity with business leaders and Behavior Analysts in the field.
- Work with the product team to design features that increase ease of adoption.
- Communicate with your customers on upcoming and recent releases.
- Collaborate with team members for continuous process improvement.
- Advocate for prioritization of customer needs for escalation to the product team.
- Other miscellaneous assignments based on customer needs.
- Help build clinical programs and libraries in Motivity
