We're hosting our first-ever user conference, and we want you there!
MOTIVATE27 is a two-day virtual event on January 28-29, 2027, for the people who use Motivity every day: clinicians running sessions, operators keeping practices moving, billing teams managing revenue cycles, and leaders making decisions about their organizations.
The idea is to bring the Motivity community together to share what's working, talk openly about what's hard, and leave with something practical to take back to work.
What to expect
The two days will include keynotes from clinical and industry leaders, customer-led sessions, product roadmap and best-practice walkthroughs, peer roundtables organized by role and organization size, hands-on workshops, and open Q&A with Motivity leadership and product teams. Attendees will also earn a MOTIVATE micro-credential for participating.
The agenda spans relevant topics across the ABA field right now: ethical and practical uses of AI, clinical leadership and treatment integrity, revenue cycle management, building scalable systems, data quality and decision-making, and lessons learned from real implementations.
Who should attend
MOTIVATE27 is designed for everyone across an ABA organization. BCBAs® and clinical supervisors, RBTs® and frontline team members, clinical directors, practice owners and operational leaders, schedulers, billers, administrators, and school-based teams are all welcome.
Share your story
This is not a conference where only Motivity talks. We want sessions led by the people doing the work.
We're accepting session proposals from any Motivity user, regardless of role or credential. There are two formats: Impact Sessions (25 minutes) for focused, actionable presentations on a specific strategy, tool, or workflow, and Panel Discussions (50 minutes) where we'll match speakers with other users to explore a topic from multiple angles.
You don't need a polished pitch. Tell us what excites you, even if the idea is still in development, and we'll help you shape it. Sessions may or may not be CEU eligible, and they may or may not include Motivity-specific demonstrations. What matters is that the content helps someone in the room move forward.
Submit your session proposal here.
We've spent years developing Motivity alongside the ABA community. Motivate27 is a chance to be in the same room (virtually) and learn from each other. We hope to see you there.
