How does Motivity protect sensitive data?
Motivity's AI capabilities operate from within BAA-gated, HIPAA-compliant environments. This means your PHI is not included in training datasets, and role-based access controls apply at every level of the platform.
What models does Motivity Intelligence use?
Motivity Intelligence is model-agnostic. We select and evaluate models for each use case based on performance, safety, and fit. Whatever model powers a given feature, it runs inside a BAA-gated environment and never trains on your data.
Which modules include Motivity Intelligence features?
Motivity Intelligence features live across the platform, including practice management and clinical workflows. If a feature isn't available in your instance yet, reach out to your Customer Success Manager.
Is there an additional cost to Motivity Intelligence?
Some Motivity Intelligence features, like AI Session Notes, are included with your Motivity subscription. Others may require an additional purchase. We'll always be transparent about what's included and let you know before anything changes.
