Motivity is happy to announce a partnership with Frontera Health, an AI-powered platform for ABA assessment and treatment planning.

The partnership brings together Frontera's assessment tools with Motivity's platform to address one of the most time-consuming parts of a BCBA's workflow: writing initial assessments, reassessment reports, and getting those treatment plans into the systems where clinical data from each session is collected.

An integration to close the gap between assessments and programming

Assessment documentation is one of the biggest time eaters in ABA. A single initial assessment report can take hours to draft, and then BCBAs still need to translate the finalized treatment plan into the system they use to create programs and set up targets. That manual translation adds to an already heavy documentation load and pulls time away from clinical work.

We kept hearing this from our customers, and when we looked at where clinicians were spending the most time outside direct care, assessment documentation was a big one. Frontera was already solving the report-writing side of this problem specifically for ABA, which made the partnership a natural fit.

What Frontera does

Frontera helps BCBAs draft assessment and reassessment reports. The clinician uploads relevant documentation, such as assessment results, parent interviews, and observations, and Frontera synthesizes that information into a draft report and recommended treatment plan. The BCBA reviews, edits, and finalizes everything. An automated quality check flags gaps before the report is submitted, which helps with payor acceptance on the first pass.

Frontera handles the drafting and formatting; the BCBA owns the clinical judgment.

What this means for Motivity customers

For BCBAs, this means fewer hours spent writing reports and generating treatment plans and more capacity for supervision, parent training, and the families on your caseload.

The partnership is available now to all Motivity customers. Join us on August 25, 2026, at 1:00 pm ET for a live webinar where we'll walk through how Frontera and Motivity work together to spend less time on assessment documentation and more time on care. Register here →
