Motivity is thrilled to welcome Dr. Paula Pompa-Craven as the newest member of its Scientific Advisory Board. Dr. Pompa-Craven is a licensed clinical psychologist and Chief Clinical Officer of Autism Therapy Services at Easterseals Southern California (ESSC), bringing over three decades of clinical leadership at the highest levels of enterprise care.
She joins the board to help ensure that as technology scales to support large, multi-site organizations, it never loses sight of the human connection at the center of clinical services.

At Easterseals Southern California, Paula oversees a clinical team of 1,900 professionals supporting more than 30,000 autistic individuals and their families each year. Managing care at that scale requires a delicate balance: maintaining high clinical fidelity while protecting staff from administrative overload. Beyond her clinical leadership, Paula has been a steadfast advocate for early diagnosis and a pioneer in equity, working to dismantle systemic barriers to care.
As Motivity keeps expanding its enterprise practice management and clinical capabilities, Paula’s guidance will help ensure our platform supports large-scale operational governance while keeping care delivery deeply human, accessible, and centered on the clinician experience.

Motivity’s Scientific Advisory Board brings together leaders across clinical, operational, and innovation domains. Members provide strategic feedback on product direction, share insight on industry trends and payor dynamics, and help keep Motivity aligned with how ABA is practiced.
