How do I get started?

Signing up for a demo is the first step in starting with Motivity. We want to make sure that your implementation process is as smooth as possible. Once your account is set up, your dedicated clinical specialist will be by your side the whole way helping you create your own custom goal bank.

How do I transition from other data collection software to Motivity?

Don't worry! We have an entire "switch" team to help you onboard smoothly to Motivity. We’ve harnessed the power of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to guide you through the entire process. We have successfully migrated customers from all other major electronic data collection systems and we will work with you to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible. How long are your contracts?

We don't have contracts, we have a subscriber agreement. This is simply information on your business name, estimated size, and a few other small things. There are 3 pages which are a list of commitments from Motivity to our clients, like 99.9% uptime and how we guide you during the onboarding process.

Are there onboarding or implementation fees?

No! All onboarding and implementation fees are included with your Motivity subscription.

What features are included?

All clinical features are included with your subscription. As a Motivity customer, you have access to unlimited users/roles, all of our template libraries, ongoing support from a dedicated clinical account specialist, and unlimited learner data, note, and report storage.

Can startup organizations use Motivity?

Absolutely! We offer a Startup Package for organizations with fewer than 10 learners. Everything in the Motivity clinical suite is included for $220/month.

Do you have a mobile app?

Yes we do! You can download the iPhone/iPad app from the Appstore here, and the Android app from the Google Play Story here.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept ACH bank transfer payments, direct debit from bank accounts, and credit cards. When you receive your first invoice you'll be prompted to set up and save a payment type that works for you.

Will my data be secure?

Motivity takes security seriously. That’s why we invest in the team, tools, and processes that keep your data safe. Check out our detailed Security page to read more.

Do I own the data I collect on Motivity?

Of course! We know that access to your data is important from both clinical and business perspectives. You can export your data at any time. If you ever need to close your account, you'll have a period of time, free-of-charge, to export everything you need for historical purposes.
