is the first step in starting with Motivity. We want to make sure that your implementation process is as smooth as possible. Once your account is set up, your dedicated clinical specialist will be by your side the whole way helping you create your own custom goal bank.
How do I transition from other data collection software to Motivity?
Don't worry! We have an entire "switch" team to help you onboard smoothly to Motivity. We’ve harnessed the power of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) to guide you through the entire process. We have successfully migrated customers from all other major electronic data collection systems and we will work with you to ensure that the transition is as seamless as possible. How long are your contracts?
We don't have contracts, we have a subscriber agreement. This is simply information on your business name, estimated size, and a few other small things. There are 3 pages which are a list of commitments from Motivity to our clients, like 99.9% uptime, and how we guide you during the onboarding process.
Are there onboarding or implementation fees?
We offer two flexible options to meet your business needs. You can pay a minimum of $200/month, which includes up to 10 learner licenses, and bundles in all onboarding and implementation fees. Alternatively, you can pay a one-time implementation fee of $500, then only pay for monthly active learners (ideal for startups). Meet with a sales associate today

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept ACH bank transfer payments, credit cards, and checks. Following your Motivity Access Date, you’ll work with our Financial Team to set up your preferred payment method.
