New Help Icons

You can do a lot in the Program Builder and sometimes it’s difficult to remember what all the options mean. Motivity has added help icons in the program builder. Click on them to access descriptions and tips right there within the system.

Did it Happen or Not?

The end session popup now includes an option to assign duration targets to “zero occurrences” or “Not tracked”. “Zero occurrences” will add a 0 on the graph for that session and “Not tracked” will not add anything to the graph for that session. Motivity has your back!

Session Note Enhancements

We have heard a lot from our customers about the importance of getting the session notes just right.  Sometimes you need specific features such as including only data for a specific time span or from a specific staff member.  Motivity can do that!  Just reach out to support@motivity.net to set up customized imported data variables.

Don’t trust your memory and want to see the facts?  You also now have the ability to see a signature history for session notes, including approval and rejection history and even past versions of session notes.

Program Card Summary Enhancements

Want to easily keep track of the dates where you introduce a target and when the target is mastered?   Those dates are now included for each phase of the target.

Directing Your Programs

Maybe a learner’s goal says that mastery is 4 out of 5 trials, but you as the BCBA want this program to be run with at least 10 trials a day to really ensure mastery.  Now you can let your technicians know with the ability to set a “dosage” amount for each program.  You may have noticed in the phase section of the target, a Dosage option:

Just change Maximum or Suggested from Automatic to Manual and convey how many trials you would like to see.  Motivity will display trial boxes for the suggested number of trials, and not allow data to be entered after the maximum has been reached.
