20+ years connecting ABA and technology before most people thought to combine them. Co-founded Autism Training Solutions (acquired by Relias in 2014), spent 5 years as VP of Research, and consulted across homes, schools, and clinics from Hawaii to Japan. Now leads clinical strategy at Motivity.

Christy has done a little bit of everything in ABA: clinician, practice owner, exec director for state association, and now Head of People and Privacy/Security officer at Motivity. She also teaches ethics at Mary Baldwin University, serves as Treasurer for the B.F. Skinner Foundation.

BCBA turned go-to-market strategist. Catherine spent 10+ years in direct therapy, supervision, and treatment planning before moving to the business side. She helps ABA leaders cut through vendor noise and evaluate solutions that actually fit their clinical and operational reality.

The person behind how Motivity looks, feels, and works. Brian has been shaping ABA software since the early days of the industry, bringing a formal background in graphic design and years of experience translating what clinicians and administrators need into products they actually want to use.

Product visionary and domain expert in behavioral healthcare and solutions engineering. As General Manager at Motivity following Calmanac's acquisition, she brings entrepreneurial leadership, deep domain expertise, and a vision for the agentic future of behavioral healthcare.

10+ years in ABA across early intervention, direct therapy, and program design. Madeline is passionate about trauma-informed ABA and school-readiness programming, with district-level experience that brings a rare perspective on how ABA fits into larger educational systems.

The person ABA practices call when revenue stops flowing. Kayla brings 10+ years helping ABA clinics grow by fixing broken billing. Now she leads Motivity’s RCM team, working hands-on with practices to recover what they’re owed and tackle the gaps that drain revenue.

With degrees in behavior analysis and special education and deep experience across customer-facing functions, Cara brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and business acumen. At her core, she is a warmhearted problem solver who thrives on building connections and tackling complex challenges.

Having spent years in ABA billing across multiple platforms, Aly knows the recurring headaches of the revenue cycle for practices. At Motivity, she works hands-on with organizations improving processes and making billing approachable.

The voice that connects Motivity with the broader ABA community. Marc listens to what practitioners, families, and organizations care about and finds ways to amplify the stories, ideas, and people that make this field what it is.
