A licensed psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D®), Dr. Chong brings 3 decades of clinical expertise, academic leadership, and payor relations experience to Motivity’s strategic advisory team.
She brings a perspective honed across every level of care delivery: designing, supervising, and scaling programs that support autistic individuals across their entire lifespan.

With 30 years of experience across hospitals, universities, schools, and home settings, Ivy has spent her career designing care that serves individuals across their lifespan. Holding a PhD, a BCBA-D, and an MBA in Healthcare Management, she bridges clinical quality with practical healthcare economics. Notably, she chaired the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM) working group that created the global standard outcome sets for autism, shaping how clinical value is measured and communicated to payors worldwide.
As payor requirements and audit demands place increasing pressure on practices, Ivy’s insights will guide how Motivity connects clinical expertise with revenue cycle workflows, helping practices keep compliance and protecting their teams from admin burnout.
