Don't worry, we'll help you out along the way.
I'll keep exploring Motivity.
Users can now add sessions that occurred in the past. This is useful when for some reason or another, data can’t be collected in Motivity at the time and you need to later transfer the data into Motivity. Here is an article on how to create the past session and how to add data. Other considerations such as permissions, graphs, and transitions are also discussed in the article.
Some fields in session notes should always be filled out. To prevent signing incomplete session notes, session note templates have a required field option which disables the signature until the fields are completed
Now when you start a session you can tell Motivity what time the session is expected to end. Then, if you forget to end the session when you are done collecting data, that time will be used automatically. This is important because session duration affects behavior rate computation!
